Professional siding cleaning companies always use the soft wash method instead of pressure wash or power wash.  Soft wash is more effective and safer for all of your homes surfaces.

Roof cleaning or roof washing is a process that should be professionally done to prolong the life and appearance of your roof.  We are able to safely and effectively clean asphalt, slate, clay, cedar shake and metal roofs.  There are many gimmicks out there to clean your roof including oxygen bleach and Wet and Forget.  We've even seen pressure washers used on shingles, destroying their roof.  Soft wash is the safest and only ARMA approved way to clean asphalt shingles.

Concrete, brick and paver patio cleaning is one of the only places that pressure washing should be used and is effective.  Siding, roofs and decks should all typically be cleaned by low pressure soft wash.  Masonry products are still pretreated but are cleaned using a wand or orbital surface cleaner.  Pressure washing is highly effective for making concrete or brick surfaces look new.  Pressure washing is also used for parking garages and sidewalks.
